Hi! My name is Alex Murray

I'm a Sports Podiatrist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and I help allied health professionals better understand and manage foot and ankle conditions.

I produce online content, workshops and courses that focus on no-nonsense, research based approach to managing foot and ankle conditions.

I emphasise a holistic, whole body approach to foot and ankle problems, moving beyond just biomechanics, footwear and foot orthotics. Helping clinicians become confident to guide their patients from pain to complete recovery and beyond.
